This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation.

Please note reservations may be cancelled up to 72 hours prior to 3pm of arrival date free of charge.

The value of the first nights stay will be charged for reservations not cancelled by this time.

Reservations cancelled with less than 48 hours notice of arrival date will be charged the full value of the stay.

LOCAL TAX LAW.

Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%

To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won't be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).

This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid seperately.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property may request additional documentation from guests to validate identity, travel itinerary and other relevant information, during dates where such guidelines exist.

A damage deposit of US$250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
