Very quiet and cosy villa with garden great for relaxing and BBQ.
I am Italian, living in Switzerland, but I speak also English, German, French and a bit of Spanish.
Very quiet area.
The city center of Zurich (the lake) is 8 km away, 15 min by bus/train.
Zurich main station is 10 km away, 20 minutes by bus/train.
The nearest train stations are Dübendorf and Stettbach stations both 2 km away, 5 minutes by bus.
The bus stop is just outside the house.
