Max. 4 48 m2 The apartment is located in a residential building in the center of Arosa, in a quiet location. The view from the rooms and from the balcony is one of the best in Arosa. The 2-room apartment has a bedroom with double bed, from which you can access the sunny balcony. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. The fully equipped kitchen with a small dining area is also equipped with Nespresso machine, raclette and fondue set. In the bright living room you have a great view of the mountains and a sofa bed for 2 more people. Pets are not allowed. The house has a ski storage room. To the apartment there is no parking space but, not 500m further there is a public parking lot (Hubelsee).

In summer, the holiday region convinces with an all-inclusive offer for mountain railways, hiking trails, outdoor barbecue areas, climbing park, playgrounds and much more. In addition, a visit to the Arosa Bear Sanctuary inspires young and old. In winter, over 261 kilometres of slopes in the Arosa-Lenzerheide ski area provide plenty of snow sports fun. Various event highlights provide further entertainment in and around Arosa throughout the year (classic car - classic car races, Live is Live, balloon rides, concerts, theatre in the Waldbühne, various sporting events, and much more).
