Swiss Borzoi House is situated amidst the Vully vineyard of 150ha above lake Murten. The property features 2000m2 with old trees and rhododendrons, an orangerie and a swim-spa or jacuzzi. The region is known for its wine, good food and a wonderful countryside. Guests are welcome to 1 guest room with private small garden & patio called Cherry Tree. The second accomodation is a loft-like flat with a large newly built patio directly accessible from the bed- room called Borzoi Terrace. This appartement gives access to a spare room with twin beds (each 90x200cm) for a second couple and a bed sofa (160x200cm). All guests may use the heated outdoor 5m-Swim-SPA with its stunning panoramic view of the Swiss Alps and the lake Murten. The property is very quiet, ideal for relaxing, reading or sunbathing. A pack of gentle Borzois (Russian wolfhound) are happy to welcome our guests. They like people and children and remain discrete.

I am a professional Mentor&Coach having worked in my own business as a management consultant. I am eclectic in my interests and taste. I met Hoody (see picture) in Sheffield where I studied and we became friends. When I visited Sheffield again I sadly missed him, he had left the beautiful greenhouse... I like to walk my Borzois, take them to the races and exhibitions, read English crime fiction, cook gourmet cuisine and listen to music. I am curious to meet people of different cultures and backgrounds and like to taste their cuisine. I enjoy a good joke and interesting conversations.

The lakes offer a wide range of activities in terms of water sports, nature and wildlife. The region features protected areas chosen by migrating birds for resting. The Vully invites for hiking with an awsome panoramic view. Guests can walk out of the property into the vineyards, fields and nearby woods to discover the view on both lakes - Neuchâtel on one side of the hill and Murten/Morat on the other. A wide range of restaurants are responding to all tastes and wishes.. The place is quiet and restful, no main road, just the birds singing in the trees.
