The Hotel Schweizerhof Bern & Spa is a historic five-star hotel located in the heart of Bern, Switzerland. It offers luxurious rooms and suites, a spa, the famous Jack's Brasserie, Sky Terrace, Cigar Lounge and the Lobby Lounge Bar. The accommodation features elegant decor, high-end amenities and some rooms with a beautiful view over Bern. Guests enjoy a luxurious stay that seamlessly blends past elegance with future comforts. The hotel’s spa invites guests to unwind in a peaceful atmosphere. Facilities include a sauna, steam bath, warmed vitality pool, a calming room with aqueous beds, and a fully equipped fitness space featuring techno gym gear. Jack's Brasserie, the hotel’s award-winning restaurant, serves refined brasserie cuisine with a focus on local and seasonal ingredients. Guests dine in a stylish, contemporary setting with a curated wine list and attentive service. With a panoramic view over the Federal Parliament, the Swiss Alps and other landmarks of Bern, the Sky Terrace is the place to be in summer. More casual dining is available in the Lobby Lounge Bar and the Cigar Lounge. Breakfast is served at Jack’s Brasserie from 6:30 to 10:30. The Schweizerhof Breakfast includes a rich buffet and à la carte options – all freshly prepared and included. The hotel offers valet parking at a surcharge with the possibility to charge electric cars for free. Valet parking is available for a surcharge, with complimentary charging for electric vehicles. Bern Railway Station is located just across the street, and major sights are within walking distance. Guests also benefit from free public transport throughout the city.

Please note that on the day of arrival, the booking confirmation is also valid as a public transport ticket (including transfer from Bern Airport).
Opening hours at the spa:
Monday to Thursday: 3.00 pm to 8.00 pm, Friday 10.30 am to 9.00 pm, Saturday 9.00 am to 9.00 pm and Sunday 9.00 am to 8.00 pm.
Friday to Sunday we have Spa Slots that may be reserved in advance.
Please note that children under 12 years are only allowed in the spa area from 16:00 until 17:00 and need to be accompanied by an adult. Children from 12 to 16 years of age in the company of an adult have unlimited access to the spa area.
