The accommodation unit is ready for occupancy since January 2010, was occupied by us until 2016. It was furnished by us comfortable and functional and is fully equipped, even for a long-term stay. The outdoor pool invites you to swim from April to October. The surrounding area is perfect for walks, hikes, etc. A 10-minute walk down to the lake is also worthwhile. The residential complex is located in Orselina, overlooking the Bolle di Magadino nature reserve and Magadino airfield. Naturally, the arriving and departing aircraft generate noise, over which we have no control.
