The apartment is situated in a very quiet residential neighborhood, close to downtown Lausanne. Within a 15 minutes walk, you will be in the shopping, bar-restaurant and tourist area. Le parc Mon-Repos is right next to it. Within this park, you could find a lot of activities including public swimming pool or beautiful walking paths.
