The apartment underwent a total renovation in 2020 and was equipped with a modern interior including high-quality materials. Meticulous attention was paid to the preservation of historical elements during the renovation, so that the apartment has lost none of its original charm. The apartment is equipped as follows: • Built-in wardrobes • Floor: oiled oak parquet • High rooms with preserved stucco ceilings • Bathroom: shower with glass partition, washbasin and toilet • Kitchenette • Intercom with video camera Die Wohnung wurde in Jahr 2020 einer Totalsanierung unterzogen und mit einem modernen Ausbau samt hochwertigen Materialen ausgestattet. Bei der Renoviertung wurde akribisch auf den Erhalt historischer Elemente geachtet, so dass die Wohnung nichts von ihrem ursprünglichen Charme eingebüsst hat.
