Stay Like a Local in Zurich In the spirit of sharing and giving visitors the chance to experience Zurich like a local, I’m offering two large and comfortable private bedrooms (single occupancy each) in my recently renovated apartment in Enge. The location is excellent — just a short walk from Lake Zurich, Enge station, Rieterpark, Paradeplatz, Bahnhofstrasse, and the main station. • “Jura” is the room featured here. • “Alps” is the second room, available under a separate listing. The Apartment Located on the 4th floor (with elevator) of a well-kept building, the apartment offers a bright, welcoming atmosphere with parquet flooring and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. What you can expect: • Your own private bedroom of 22 m² with lock, desk, and wardrobe • Shared bathroom with WC (lockable) • Fully equipped kitchen for cooking and grocery storage, plus a separate guest fridge • Shared dining & living room for meals and relaxation • Balcony to enjoy warm summer days • Laundry facilities (including dryer) • High-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi • Towels and linen • Lovely views over downtown Zurich This is a great fit for both business and leisure travellers who want comfort, convenience, and a welcoming home base in the city. A Few Practical Notes • I live on-site and am happy to share local tips and advice when available. • To keep rates as low as possible: bookings are non-refundable and non-changeable. • No cleaning fee! • A CHF 100 key deposit is required (via PayPal “friends & family,” cash, or bank transfer). It will be refunded within 2 days of check-out (processing costs may apply). • ID is required for registration with the city (email works best). • Shared spaces such as the kitchen and bathroom are kept tidy by all guests after use. • Check-in after 8 PM is not possible, to ensure a smooth and respectful experience for all.
