In the Plainpalais-Carouge area, very close to the city centre. This beautiful period flat on the 4th floor with lift , from a 19th century building. A surface of 75m2 composed of two magnificent bedrooms, living room and dining room, a kitchenette, two shower rooms and a WC. Secure access, a pleasant south-facing balcony.

Plainpalais and Carouge, district Augustins area, 5min from restaurants and pharmacy, close to the HUG Hospital. Nearby, the tram which allows you to reach the city centre and the Cornavin-Geneva train station in 10 minutes. Absolute calm, close to the river Arve with a beautiful walk. Outdoor sports can be practised at the Champel Sports Centre, a 15-minute walk away.
