Our lakefront house sleeps 10, but fits 30+ for an indoor party. We live in this home year round and rent it when we are away. Situated on 5 acres facing the Ottawa River and with a cute pond in the back and no visible neighbours. Phillips Hue color smart lighting throughout and Sonos sound system will leave party guests amazed that music so loud can be blasted until sunrise. If you prefer peace & tranquility, enjoy the views filled with cranes, deer and other wildlife and hang out on the 50ft dock (dock is shared with dock renters). Just 25mins from downtown Ottawa. Access to snowmobile trails directly from property. Fishing in back yard pond, including ice fishing. 2 double and 1 single kayaks available on the property. Imiportant note: Garages are not part of the rental as we use them for storage. Enclosed veranda near entrance is also used for storage.
