Inside the apartment, you will discover a well-lit living room and a roomy kitchen with panoramic views of the surroundings. A solarium also features a comfortable sofa, a fully equipped workspace, a bookshelf with guidebooks and other reading materials, and cozy, stylish bedrooms equipped with blackout blinds for quality sleep and wall-mounted TVs. Additionally, the house has two bathrooms for your convenience.
Guests have complete access to the entire unit and building amenities, including a 25-meter indoor pool, gym, sauna, hot tub, courtyard with garden and pond, and gated parking spot for one vehicle.
Please note that my apartment is located in a fairly busy area. It is just steps away from Rogers Arena, where many of the city's biggest events and the SkyTrain station take place. Ensure that this location is suitable for you before making a reservation!
SECURITY
My unit has a front door camera for security purposes. It is inside the unit, faces only the front entrance, and is non-motorized (i.e., it doesn’t move). Due to strata bylaws, I cannot place any camera outside to film the hallways. The camera does not record sound, and NO other cameras are inside the property.
I only check the cameras in extreme cases, such as when something is missing from my apartment or when I receive complaints from neighbours. So, most likely, I will not see you. After 3 days, all recordings are automatically deleted. I'm also happy to provide a screenshot of the camera's filming area.
I enjoy travelling and do it frequently, so I’ve arranged my apartment to ensure that guests feel comfortable here. I will likely be on another trip at the time of your booking, but I will remain in touch via chat at all times.
