Welcome to our cozy home in Waterloo! 🌟 With four bedrooms on the main level, one on the lower level, and two convenient washrooms, our place is perfect for work, study, or a relaxing getaway. We’re close to the University of Waterloo, Laurier, Conestoga Waterloo campus, and just 10 minutes from major IT offices. Uptown Waterloo is also nearby — an ideal spot to unwind and enjoy the local vibe.
Your stay includes a private, furnished bedroom with a desk, chair, dresser, and side table.
Please bring your own bedding and linens.
We kindly ask all guests to respect the space, keep their rooms and shared areas clean, and follow the house guidelines so everyone can enjoy a comfortable stay.
