One-night stays are exempt from this offer. ⑦. Leave Banff Pass & key fob in the unit upon check-out. Charges of CAD150/Pass & CAD250/key fobs apply. ⑧. Quiet Hours: 10 pm - 7 am. Keep noise below 70 decibels. A second warning equals eviction. ⑨. Noise/cigarette/cannabis detection: We receive alerts regarding noise (above 70 dB), cigarette/cannabis smoke, & equipment being unplugged/moved. ①⓪.
