Property information

Modern, vibrant and clean unit. Everything you need in a room while you're traveling, you have it: coffee press, fridge, stove, toaster, washer and dryer. Located Downtown close to restaurants, shopping, cycle and walking paths. Self check-in We do not have a reception desk, we are a self check-in establishment. No need to wait in line when you arrive, you can go straight to your suite. When you leave check-out it's as easy as putting the "we have left" sign on the door. You will receive your instruction 24 hr prior to your arrival through the Booking .com messaging system and also by SMS if you provide your mobile number at booking. Owner on-site We might not have a reception desk, but we are always only a phone call or text away. The owner lives in the building and is always available if you requires any assistance. Stair-only access for some suites We are a small boutique hotel built within two different buildings. We have suites on two floors so some of the suite are only accessible by stairs. We do not have an elevator. Please contact us prior to booking if you require a ground floor suite.

Neighbourhood information

If Edmundston were a dartboard, we'd be the bullseye! Can't be more centrally located than us. Walking distance to a bunch of very good eateries and drinkeries, your fully furnished suite will only be a few minutes away. We have a coffee roaster on site, a cinema across the street, some really nice pedestrian paths, a river view, parks, a skate park, summer farmers market...again, all with walking distance.
