Loft Jacques-Cartier uses a key box system with passcode. Please contact the property in advance for the address of your apartment, as well as the code.

Please note that guests must use a credit card that has a PIN. The property's system will not approve credit cards with signatures only.

Guests arriving outside reception opening hours (16:00 to 20:00 ) are kindly requested to inform the hotel in advance. Contact details can be found on your booking confirmation. In case of arrival outside of the normal check-in times, additional charges may apply.
