We are a young family who fell in love with Ucluelet long ago. We enjoy the peace offered by our community and the ample opportunities to enjoy the outdoors whether it be taking a walk by the ocean, exploring the forested trails or getting into the water itself and surfing. We take pleasure in offering a welcoming space for our visitors and focus on the fine details with your comfort in mind.
Ucluelet is a special gem nestled on the West Coast of Vancouver Island. We have activities to offer year round, attracting people from all over the world. In the winter, we have spectacular storms to watch. From our property you can often hear the sea lions barking during the winter months. The summer brings whale watching, hiking and the opportunity to spot bears. We also often have visits on our property from wolves, bald eagles, deer, heron and kingfisher birds. For those who enjoy the water our community offers kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing and more. Our Guest House is just down the road from the acclaimed Ucluelet Aquarium.
Many tours are available on the West Coast. A particular favourite is the Hot Springs Cove tours, which are typically offered year round. An abundance of wildlife can be seen while partaking on this oceanic adventure. There are also local zip lining activities or another option would include partaking in a tour by seaplane, which would offer spectacular views of our rugged coastline.
The restaurants on the West Coast offer myriad options for fresh seafood, all caught locally.
