Located in South Surrey Douglas community, the backyard is out of Dufferin Park, next to Douglas Elementary school. Walk to Peace Arch Park and the Peace Portal Golf Club within 10 minutes, and Drive to White Rock Beach within 5 minutes. The basement unit of the Single House is spacious and bright, with an indoor area of 1550 square feet, 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a living room, kitchen, dining room, and laundry room, smoke-free and pet-free, independent access.
The community is quiet, safe, and friendly.
Close to Highway 99, it is very convenient to travel. It takes 10 minutes to walk to Peace Arch Park, 5 minutes to drive to White Rock Beach, and only 10 minutes to the commercial shopping center.
