Spacious stylish basement apartment, 2 min walk from the beach and boat launch, Parking for the big boat is available on the huge driveway. Fully equipped kitchen with coffee and tea provided, Entrance through the garage. 2 paddle boards are available for exta charge.
Beautiful quiet Gilford, the closest point on Lake Simcoe from Toronto, Boat launch, beach, two marinas (Kon-Tiki, and Cooksbay Marina) with eatery and restaurant just steps away.
