We are a family-run small business is Prince Edward County operating our short-term rental business since Fall 2022. Fancie's PEC is our one and only accommodation and we take a lot of pride in offering a unique and unforgettable experience for anyone looking to escape to Prince Edward County for any length of time!

Welcome to Fancie's PEC! We are a boutique accommodation in PEC offering 4 guest suites offering direct access to The Bay of Quinte. When you book this suite you get a waterfront view overlooking the Bay of Quinte, guest kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, a common dining/living room and sunroom w/ waterfront views, and hotel-style amenities (mini fridge, coffee station, smart TV, dedicated thermostat, and linens/towels). Don't forget to enjoy our outdoor amenities which all of our guests have access to!
1 acre waterfront property with boat launch, water access, large deck, dock, and natural stone patio with fire pit. The suite has 2 bedrooms with a private ensuite bathroom and private entrance on the second floor. A great hotel-alternative with very similar amenities with a great sunset over the water!
We are usually available to help our guests with any questions or needs during their stay. There is usually always someone on site to help and we communicate very well with all guests.
