This 1-bed, 1-bath apartment located in the peaceful community of Seton SE Calgary enjoys lots of natural sunlight. With tasteful laminate flooring and neutral paint throughout, this unit has a spacious open concept floor plan, large bedroom with a comfortable queen bed and roomy closets. It has a full kitchen, laundry room, smart TV, high-speed internet, WIFI, fireplace and separate ventilation system, hot water tank and thermostat. A doorbell camera, private parking and direct access via Smart lock offer convenience and security.
