We are conveniently located close to downtown Fredericton at 301 Woodstock Rd. Check-in time is between 3:00pm and 6:00pm unless otherwise pre-arranged. We offer private parking at the back of the building. We ask that guests please park their vehicles and come to the front door for check-in. Once you have checked in we will show you to your room and provide assistance with your luggage. Guests staying on the third floor are asked to remove their footwear when in the room as a courtesy to those staying below them. Opening summer 2019! Stay with us in a distinguished historic home on the banks of the storied and beautiful Saint John River in the heart of the vibrant capital city of Fredericton. We feature contemporary comfort in a trendy local neighbourhood and feature local favourites and local people. The house itself was built in 1903, by industrialist name Fraser, and then owned by the Chapman family up until recently. We have lovingly updated the home to accommodate 8 guest suites. Original vaulted ceilings, grand pillars and corner turrets remain in place alongside modern features such as refurbished hardwood floors, luxurious bathrooms and most rooms have King/queen size beds and sitting rooms. The main floor of the home features a kitchen, breakfast bar and dining room and a great room with works by local artists. Our front porch is an ideal place to relax and enjoy the neighbourhood.

We are close to all the best Fredericton has to offer. It is a culturally vibrant city close to nature, and boasts a rich history and a cornucopia of activities and events. The local markets are a favourite for guests and residents. The internationally acclaimed Beaverbrook Art Gallery is minutes away by bicycle or foot along the river front trail, as are other historic attractions, galleries and museums. You can also connect to history at Kings Landing Historical Settlement, a must see attraction nearby. We are also minutes away from the Trans Canada Tail and an 87 km network of trails in and around Fredericton, or to Odell Park that has hiking and walking trails through an old growth forest. Yoga lessons and kayak rentals are available close by. Mactaquac Provincial Park is 15 minutes away. For winter fun downhill and cross- country skiing is available in the area.
