Modern, clean, minimalist space. Newly renovated. Great bike/cross country path right in front. Boating, Supping, nearby. Country feel, minutes from the city.
I enjoy kayaking, cycling, running, cross-country skiing and walking just outside of this place. I love watching the river and sharing the riverside.
This place feels like you're in the country, it is quiet, in front of the water, but really you are minutes away from downtown Montreal, hip Verdun, Old Montreal and more.
Verdun has awesome restaurants and bars and you just need to go along the waterfront to get there in 15 minutes.
On the right side, you'll find Lachine, with amazing parks, sailing, kayaking and other outdoor fun.
While this gorgeous place feels like you're in the countryside, you are 15-20 minutes away from downtown Montreal and the Old Port.
There is a bixi station minutes away where you can rent bikes or even better electric bikes you can use all along the river bike path just in front of the place.
