Quiet, comfortable charming and convenient home in a walkable neighbourhood with a high density of character homes and beautiful tree lined streets. 1100 sq ft of recent updates in 4 bedroom single-level space (upper level space) and 3 bed main floor. The house is located in beautiful Kitsilano which is close to Downtown and Central Broadway and UBC with an abundance of shops and restaurants. One block from Arbutus Greenway. Renovated i2017. Comes as shown. There is a backyard and deck and 3 car spots and backyard stair access.
