Hi Welcome to Villa Maria these are a new construction right in the center of town close to all amenities, it consist of 4 bedrooms all with there own ensuites and fold out beds for the extra child or guest in each room. We will have another 1 Bedrooms finished shortly as well in total it will be 5 bedrooms.
My wife has designed the whole structure inside and out . The location of these new villas are so good you do not need a car to get around to all the the city has to offer. The Villas are situated so you do not hear the noise from the city
Hi Welcome to Villa Maria named after my wife and her grandmother whom once lived in the house in the front , my wife is from brasil and i am from australia and currently we are living in Austalia in perth, we have a local guy whom has the keys to the villas and meets you on arrival. we travel back and fourth to brasil when work permits as we both love brasil. Capitolio is a fantastic city with many beautiful places to visit. We both Love Capitolio and love going there when we can
There are many fantastic bars and restaurants close by to Villa Maria that offer great food and service also small Cafe close for coffee and breakfast in the morning as well. The area is very safe at night time for walking around
