The tourist tax is optional and charged separately directly at the property, in the amount of BRL 4 per night, per room.

When booking 4 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

Please note that the property can only accommodate pets with a maximum weight of 10 kg or less.

Parking has floating rates and values vary depending on the time of year.

Private parking is available for additional charges as follows:

January and February: BRL 75 per night.

March to December: BRL 70 per night.

Holidays: BRL 85 per night.

New Year and Carnival period: BRL 120 per night.
