Duplex loft located in Novo Campeche, one of the coolest regions of the Island, with minimalist decor and full of charm, mainly because I love being well received when I stay and here you will be very welcomed. The location of the space is the best possible, you won't need a car for anything. Novo Campeche beach is approximately 500m away and you can get around on foot through the quiet streets of the neighborhood.
I have lived in Campeche for 4 years and this apartment is the realization of a dream of welcoming guests for the best experience. I prepared everything with care and excellence so that our guests can make the most of the Island. Any information you need, my daughter and I will be happy to help.
Campeche is the coolest neighborhood on the island, with paradisiacal beaches in addition to Campeche Island, with wonderful blue waters. Neighborhood of simple people and therefore has a different charm. Urbanization is coming slower here. Despite being very picturesque, it offers access to everything you need, supermarkets, restaurants, clubs, galleries and shared spaces. Very close to the airport and the center of Floripa. The south of the island is also known for surfing, so if that's your thing. Here is the place. We have beautiful trails of different degrees of difficulty for those who like an extra adventure.
