Please note that only one dog is allowed per apartment. The property can only accept dogs weighing less than 10 kg and measuring up to 40 cm from paws to shoulders, at a cost of BRL135.00 per night. In addition, a vaccination card must be presented upon arrival.

Guests arriving outside check-in hours are advised to contact the property before their stay to arrange their check-in. We emphasize that the contracted daily rate covers 24 hours, with check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out by 12:00 PM. The interval of up to 3 hours between guest departure and arrival is provided for in MTur Ordinance 28 and is intended exclusively for cleaning, sanitization, and tidying of the unit, ensuring the maintenance of our standard of excellence.
