According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If the minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it will be necessary to present a written authorisation for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorisation must be notarised and signed by both parents.

All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.

According to the state decree, as of November 15, 2021 it will be required for access to the restaurant (breakfast, lunch, dinner, etc.) and event rooms the complete vaccination health passport.The same can be issued on the website https://conectesus.saude.gov.br/home or application.

According to a state decree, starting on January 3, 2022, proof of vaccination will also be mandatory for all guests.

Guests need to meet one or more requirements to stay in this property: proof of full Coronavirus (Covid-19) vaccination or recent proof of Coronavirus recovery.
