According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult.

If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorisation for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorisation must be notarised and signed by both parents and presented along with notarised copies of their IDs.

The owner of the animal must, under penalty of not being able to stay, present a vaccination card at check-in.

Please note that the property allows one pet until 15 kg per unit and an extra charge of BRL 55,00 per night applies. The hotel will request the updated vaccination card.

The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property.

Please note that this property can accommodate dogs but will not accommodate other types of pets.
