    - Hotel Ilhas do Lago Eco Resort guests have access to the 03 water parks of the network: Water Park, Clube Prive and Náutico Praia Clube (except on days that are closed for maintenance: Náutico Praia Clube: from 10 am to 10 am to 5pm, closed on Mondays and Wednesdays for maintenance // Clube Privé: from 10am to 5pm, closed from Monday to Wednesday for maintenance // Water Park: from 10am to 5pm, closed on Thursdays for maintenance).

    - Parking is rotating and subject to availability upon check-in.

    - In case of advance payment, the credit card holder must be a guest and must present a photo ID and credit card used to make the reservation upon check-in.

    - Upon check-in, for all bookings paid by credit card, it is mandatory presentation of credit card and identification document valid for the cardholder. On purchases via a third-party cards, must be presented a signed and authenticated commitment term.

    - Pursuant to Articles 82 and 83 of the ECA (Child and Adolescent Statute), the accommodation of minors without supporting documents is prohibited, and only RG and Birth Certificates are valid, together with the parents' travel authorization registered in notary office, in case the minor travels with another major responsible.

    - During the stay, it may be necessary to change the room to another of the same category on Thursdays and Sundays and this will be mandatory, according to hotel guidelines.

    - Hair dryer subject to availability (check at the hotel reception)

    - Meals may be taken at another hotel in the chain, without prior notice, due to causes beyond our control.

    - No refunds in case of early check-out.

    - The cleaning of the units is not being carried out during the stay due to Covid.
