Chiara is from Parintins and Pedro is from Itacoatiara. They run the guesthouse that was started by Dona Idanilza, Chiara's mother. They both know a lot about Amazonian culture and always have great tips for guests to have fun on the island.

The guesthouse is located in the municipality of Parintins, an island famous for the Folklore Festival between the Garantido and Caprichoso bulls. The location is great, 5 minutes walk to the Bumbódromo where the show takes place. It is also possible to reach other tourist attractions in short walking distance. Easy access to/from the river port. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, providing a pleasant stay. The staff is known for their hospitality and willingness to help and ensure guests feel at home. The atmosphere is family-friendly and peaceful, with breakfast service with regional items, included in the daily rate. All rooms have private bathrooms and air conditioning. Parintins is a small city yet with a large and spread occupational area, with shops available in all neighborhoods. The main shopping area is on Avenida Amazonas. The neighborhood where the guesthouse is located has a good supermarket, a convenience store, a bakery, a gas station, a pharmacy, and a few shops selling various types of products. It is a quiet neighborhood with lots of trees. The Bumbódromo is less than 700 meters away, walking along the same avenue in a straight and flat line. We are on the way to the center, for those arriving by plane. The river port is 10 minutes away by car or motorbike taxi, the most recommended mode of transportation during the city's festivities.
