根据巴西联邦法律8.069/1990号规定，18岁以下的未成年人须在父母或指定成年人的陪同下方可入住酒店。如未成年人由父母以外的成年人陪同，需出示书面授权书方可入住酒店。此授权书须经过公证并由父母双方签字，并须与经过公证的父母身份证件复印件一同出示。
所有未满18岁的未成年人均需出示附有照片的有效身份证件，以证明自己及父母的身份。有父母陪同的未成年人亦须出示身份证件。
若未成年人仅由父母其中一方陪同，须出示由未在场一方签字且经过公证的授权书及其经过公证的身份证复印件。
