An exquisite apartment, entirely available to you. Designed to offer pleasure and comfort, with the sea breeze to clear your mind and the morning sun to bring positive energy. We strive to offer the best comfort and cleanliness to make you feel at home and happy. Ideal for couples or friends traveling or on business. The space features a well-equipped kitchen and several useful utensils. Ideal for preparing meals and feeling at home. Fast internet. Facing the ocean. Next to Areia Preta Beach and other beaches in the city center. Strategically located for the city's various tourist attractions. Nearby, you'll find markets, pharmacies, gyms, sports centers, restaurants and bakeries. We are 3 km from Morro Beach. 7 km from the main bus station. 80 km from the airport.

We are located in the central region of Guarapari, next to the famous beaches of Areia Preta and Castanheiras. We are strategically located to explore the main attractions, tourist spots, and splendid beaches of the city. Nearby you'll find supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, restaurants, a gym, and other conveniences. Although we are very close to the city's main businesses, you will find yourself in a quiet location with a beautiful view from the Ipiranga viewpoint.
