NOTE: Guest entry is only allowed after submitting the required documentation for reservation confirmation and front desk registration (please contact the host in advance to provide the details of all guests). IMPORTANT: - Check-in: from 3 PM to 8 PM; - Checkout: by 11 AM; - If any issues arise that require the host to visit the property after 8 PM, a convenience fee will apply; - Bed/bath linens and extra cleaning are requested and paid separately, directly to Seazone; - The entry of guests and/or visitors exceeding the property’s capacity and not listed in the reservation is prohibited; - Smoking is not allowed; - Parties and loud music are strictly prohibited, subject to a fine; - Quiet hours: from 10 PM to 7 AM; - Any violation of the condominium/neighborhood rules is the responsibility of the guest, including fines; - For stays over 30 days, an additional cleaning fee will be charged for a new cleaning of the property and the changing of bed linens and towels during the period. * The cleaning included in the price is only performed at checkout. If the guest desires an extra cleaning during the stay, a new cleaning fee will apply. * One bath towel per guest and one face towel per bathroom are provided, along with bed linens for the number of guests indicated. Linen changes can be requested for half of the cleaning fee.
