Please note all rooms are located on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors and are only accessible by stairs (no elevator).

A valid credit card is required to confirm your reservation and as a security measure (these details will be confirmed via our online system, if they are invalid you will be informed via email and asked to provide valid ones). Your credit card information will remain on file until the time you pay your bill at check out.

A 3% service fee will apply for guests making payments with a credit card. Payments in cash can be in either local currency or USD. The 13% (VAT) must be paid by all guests and will be added to your final bill.

Guest´s of all ages are welcome to stay at the property, however children under 12 years of age will incur a US$20.00 surcharge per night. Older children will pay full adult rates.

Guests requesting airport transfers must provide their flight information at least 12 hours before arrival.

Before check in and after check out, guests can use the common room lounge/kitchen, facilities, and WIFI for US$4.00 per person. Also, a secure luggage storage service is available for US$2.00 per person per day.

This property's front desk operates from 08:00 to 20:00 (English speaking staff only available from 8:00 to 16:00 from Monday to Saturday). If arriving after 20:00 (Monday to Saturday) or after 12:00 (Sunday & Holiday's), you must request and receive written confirmation from the property at least 24 hours prior to check-in. Guest's arriving from the airport after the reception has closed at 20:00 must use the property´s taxi service because the driver will have keys to get you in after hours. If arriving from anywhere other than the airport, please email the property to make arrangements. The cost for early check-in or late check-out is US$3.00 per hour (when available).

The breakfast buffet is available from 08:00 to 10:30 daily for an extra fee.

Each room is equipped with a safety deposit box, available for an extra fee of US$3.00 per night.

If you have booked a budget double room, please note this room has no windows and light enters from glass blocks. Budget rooms do not include heating but one can be provided for an additional fee of US$4.00 per day. For guests in need, there is an oxygen tank available for an extra fee. * If you have booked a budget double room, please note this room has windows that can't be opened. Additionally, any request for 1 or 2 bed preference is not guaranteed by the property.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

A damage deposit of US$100 is required. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
