With its 320 sq.m. of living space, Villa Mak is the perfect vacation home for your family holiday in Bulgaria. All amenities for children are provided—children's pool, high chairs, baby cribs—allowing guests to enjoy a carefree vacation. The Botanical Garden and the Palace are only 2 km away or a 20-minute walk. There is a supermarket 100 meters away, as well as two restaurants. Varna Airport is a 30-minute drive by car. The villa has 3 floors. On the ground floor, there is a large banquet hall with a fully equipped kitchen, barbecue, and a table for over 20 people. There is also a restroom with a toilet and a washing machine. 1st floor - There are 2 rooms with double beds and a foldable sofa. The total capacity of the first floor is 4+3 people. 2nd floor - There are 3 rooms – two double rooms with spacious private terraces. The third room has a mini kitchen and soft furniture. Capacity: 5+2 people. 3rd floor - There are two bedrooms – one with a double bed and the other with two single beds that can be joined. There is a living room with an equipped mini kitchen and soft furniture. The terrace offers a unique view of the sea and forest. Total capacity: 4+3 people. Each floor has a spacious bathroom with a shower cabin. The house features a large garden, a large outdoor pool (8x4), and a jacuzzi with solar heating. Around the pool, there is a large area that also includes a covered gazebo. In the yard, there is a built-in barbecue and a separate restroom. The villa also has an automatic garage and four parking spaces on the street. Assistance from the villa manager, if needed, will ensure a smooth and hassle-free stay in Bulgaria.
