The house itself has two floors, the ground one has the living room and the kitchen, and the second one has all the bedrooms and bathrooms. The property has free unlimited Wifi, cable and satellite TV. Two of the bedrooms have private bathrooms while the other two don't. There is a shared bathroom on the floor for them and an extra one on the ground floor. There is an option of an outside built-in and portable barbeque. There is an outdoor sitting too that can host all the guests. You can relax and be in touch with nature in the garden or visit the local mountain trails. The property is a very short distance away from mineral water SPAs. Furthermore, Velingrad is located just a short car trip away which is the "capital of mineral SPAs".

The villa is located in a village so the neighbourhood is traditional Bulgarian village houses. The Rhodope mountain is a very short trip away with great mountain trails. There are a lot of Mineral Water SPAs and Velingrad is a short car trip away. Perfect for a day trip.
