Prior to that, I have lived in the USA for many years, and for the last 4 years I built a business in the sphere of Real Estate as a real estate agent and an investor in the State of Arizona. I had the opportunity to notice the functional way of building houses in the State of Arizona, and I was looking for a similar house in Bulgaria for a long time after I returned from the USA in 2008. I nearly lost hope that in my homeland I would find something that would grab my attention... until the moment I crossed the threshold of Horizont Villa - the house where I felt like home! Horizon Villa is located in a gated community built in 2010 on a lot of 2519 square meters and consisting of 7 villas. Horizon Villa has the best view of the Batak Dam, it is situated on the first line of the complex, bordering a pine forest, and here you can feel the pleasure of silence, tranquility, privacy and fresh air. The villa is fully furnished - it is equipped with everything you need for both short and long stays. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with WC, kitchen, living room, central heating on a fireplace connected to radiators in every room in the house, a windowed terrace and a beautifully maintained yard. The villa has its own tavern, with a brick fireplace, kitchen, bathroom with WC, TV and veranda - for your complete comfort. Barbecue with a shed and a table with 2 benches. Welcome to Horizon Villa! P.S. For Easter, Christmas and New Year holidays, the property CANNOT BE RENTED FOR LESS THAN 3 NIGHTS. P.Р.S. The tavern is not included in the price for guests renting the property through a GENIUS account. BUT, guests who rented the facility through a GENIUS account can also use the tavern by paying extra cost on the spot. P.P.R.S. We are located 7 km from the town of Rakitovo, 7 km from the town of Batak, 19 km from Velingrad and 43 km from Pazardzhik. The resort offers lots of amenities, some of which are hunting and fishing, water sports, hiking and entertainment.
