That’s studio is rents out from person, it’s not from the hotel. You don’t need to go to reception to get the keys for the room. If you have any questions, you need to call on my phone, so I can give you all information that you need. The price that you are paying is only for the room that you are sleeping in. For the spa you need to pay extra.
