Studio Demokratsia is located near the Sea Garden of Burgas (about 5-10 minute walk to the beach) and near the city centre aswell. The apartment has everything to cover your needs and make your stay a pleasant one. We are NOT OFFERING the option to issue an invoice for your stay. The place is suitable for families with children, there is a baby cot bed available at your disposal. There are many convenient places nearby, such as: 24/7 stores, fast food places, restourants, parks, fitness gyms. There are bus stops nearby that can take you to any place around and outside of town. Near Studio Demokratsia you can also find Stadium "Efbet Arena" (known as Stadium Neftochimik) where the local football teams and couple of other bulgarian teams play ocasionally. Studio Demokratsia is located in "Lazur" neighbourhood. Area around Studio Demokratsia is fairly quiet, despite being located on one of the main roads in Burgas, the Demokratsia boulevard. Lazur neighbourhood is the home of the famous Sea Garden of Burgas. There are some attractions within the Sea Garden. You can find the Burgas' summer theatre where many events take place during the whole summer period. Other cool attractions are: horse arena, sand figures, the famous saltern alley, beach bars, Burgas' bridge in the sea, places to do calisthenics, a tennis court and many more.
