Hotel Pirin River Ski, Fun and Family is located in a quiet location on the river, a 10-minute walk from the main square and from the gondola. It offers fast lane ski passes, own ski and snowboard school and rent, where guests can book special discounted ski packages and special children's equipment, free shuttle from and to the gondola lift, as well as a modern spa area. There is free WiFi in all areas and underground parking. All studios and apartments have LCD TV with cable channels, DVD player and a fully equipped kitchen. All apartments have a separate living room with a sofa and most of them have real-wood fireplaces. A full range of Duck Island Toiletries as well as bathrobes and slippers are provided free of charge. There is a wide range of amenities for children and babies, including baby cot, baby bath, child stools, playing and changing mats, bathrobe and slippers. Hotel Pirin River Ski, Fun and Family has an indoor heated swimming pool, a steam room, 2 saunas and a fitness area, which can be used free of charge by the guests of the hotel. Guests can enjoy a wide range of massage therapies for body and face with high-quality professional cosmetics as well benefit from discounts for special massage packages. The on-site restaurant serves buffet breakfast with home-made specialties and varied buffet dinners with traditional and international dishes, offering also vegetarian and vegan options and kids’ meals. A separated cozy space in the restaurant is equipped with games and toys where children and families can play before and during dinner and where various activities for children are being organized. The hotel features also a bar, specializing in cocktails, coffee specialties and stocking 15 brands of beer. The hotel has a free shuttle to the gondola, which is going non-stop during the day. There is an underground garage which is part of the hotel and can be used for additional charge, as well as free public parking in front of the hotel. Transfers from and to Sofia, Plovdiv, Kavala and Thessaloniki airports are provided on request.

The fine print
Fast lane (VIP) ski passes are available for purchase at the property only to the guests of the hotel. 15% discount for hotel services included in some of the rates applies to our Gourmet set menu dinners, a la carte dinners, drinks, ski and snowboard rent, ski and snowboard lessons, airport transfers and underground garage, but not to the fast lane ski passes. Ski and snowboard lessons and airport transfers (from and to Sofia, Plovdiv and Thessaloniki airports) are subject to availability and need to be booked and confirmed in advance. During winter period all prices include also transportation to and from the Bansko station of gondola from 7:30 till 17:30. For your own comfort, please inform us before your arrival if you have any special dietary requirements and/or food allergies and/or allergies regarding the accommodation (e.g. allergy to feathers, allergy to perfumes). For a better comfort of our guests, hotel Pirin River Ski, Fun and Family is keeping quiet hours between 23:00 and 7:00. Failure to respect this and subsequently causing discomfort to other guests during the night might result in a cancellation of your reservation, in which case the prepaid amount will not be refunded. Please note that an early check-in and/or a late check-out must be confirmed by the hotel in advance, as they are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited in all apartments and inside areas of the hotel. Smoking is allowed in the outside areas of the hotel including the garden and terraces of the apartments. Please note that the quoted prices are for the standard room occupancy, shown on your confirmation. If you travel with more adults, children and/or babies than you had booked for, additional charges will apply in accordance with hotel policies. In the event of an early departure, the property reserves the right to charge for the whole booked period. All our studios and apartments have fully equipped kitchens with hob with ceramic plates, oven and small fridge with freezer box, kettle and toaster, as well as with all kitchen utensils. All our apartments are thoroughly cleaned for free before and after your arrival and also on the 3rd day of your stay with a change of towels. For stays of 5 nights and more, the bed linen will be changed on the 3rd day of your stay. You can request additional everyday cleaning for a fee of 9 EUR per day per apartment.
