Located in the quietest and greenest part of the gated Pirin Golf & Country Club complex, this villa is more than a place to stay – it is an experience that will make you slow down, take a breath and connect with yourself and your loved ones. In order to guarantee the peace, safety and comfort of all guests, it is important to familiarize yourself with the basic conditions of accommodation: Check-in is possible after 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. There is an option for early check-in and late check-out, with prior arrangement. Minors are accommodated only with an adult companion. Pets are not allowed. The house is rented completely independently, to only one company. Smoking is prohibited indoors, but permitted outdoors. The property has special access control - chip cards. The maximum capacity of the house cannot be exceeded; no more guests than the number stated in the reservation are allowed.

Guests also have at their disposal: free WiFi, bed linen, towels, bathrobes, a washing machine and a dryer. There is a smart TV in each room, and for entertainment - a PlayStation 5 with a rich selection of games and over 20 board games for fun evenings with friends or family.
