The apartment is located in the central part of the city, 5 minutes walk from the new and old center, where are located the most of the shops, the most famous and popular night clubs and restaurants. The apartment have own parking space. There is a renovated playground for the children in front of the block. The apartment has two separate bedrooms with double beds, kitchen with dining area, glazed terrace and separate bathroom and toilet.
