When planning a trip or a holiday, I want the place I'm staying at least as cozy as my own home. Even better. That's why I try and make my guests feel at home. I tried to offer you comfort, coziness and good mood for rest. I'm always available for questions and suggestions to improve my accommodations. I speak fluent Bulgarian, Russian and English.

Property information

I offer you two identical luxuriously furnished apartments with beautiful sea views. From the terrace you can enjoy the sunrise, the island of Saint Ivan and the town of Sozopol. The building is quiet, located 100 meters from the beach, with its beautiful landscaped grounds. In the courtyard there is a saltwater pool, free umbrellas and sun loungers. There is a restaurant, which is open all year round and offers quality service and cuisine. The apartments are furnished with everything needed for a cozy holiday. They are suitable for 2-4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Neighbourhood information

The apartments are located 300 meters from the bus station of Chernomorets, 500 meters from the city center and 100 meters from the beach. Near Chernomorets there are 4 beaches. All of them are sandy, suitable for families with children. Every 30 minutes from the city there is a bus to Burgas or Sozopol. During the summer season in Burgas is held Festival of Sand Figures, and in August music festival. In the town of Sozopol you can enjoy a pleasant atmosphere in the old part of the town, where there are many restaurants, shops and a memorable atmosphere. For lovers of the nightlife - not far from the complex there is a beach garden where there are several popular night bars.
