The building is located on boulevard Bulgaria, with one of the best infrastructures in Sofia. You will have very fast access to half of the city within 10 minutes of driving. Multiple business centres around and from the city centre to the Business Park and it's all easy to reach. Mall Bulgaria is only 5 minutes walking distance. One of the best private clinics - Saint Sophia, is just across the boulevard. The best approach to the building is by car, that is why we have parking places for all our guests. Additionally, multiple buses and trams are nearby, as well as a bike path to the city centre. All apartments are wheelchair accessible.
