My name is Mariya Stefanova and I am the owner of the apartments. I am an economist, and I have been working in the tourism industry since 1984 in different positions. I like my job and especially the part of it, where I can make my guests feel happy and satisfied.

All five apartments are situated on the second floor of "Perun" building, right by the south beach of Nessebar. This vacation rental property was built in 2001 and is one of the smallest in the area. The local area is quiet enough, while in close proximity to the shopping streets. You can take a pleasurable walk along the Sea Garden which starts a short way from “Perun” Building and the promenade can take you right to the Old Town.

Our building is next to "Sentido" and "Afrodita" hotels. Reaching the "Town Sea Park"' takes 5-7mins walk. We have no swimming pool, but we can arrange for you to use the neighbouring swimming pool, which is in good condition. The beach is owned by concessionaire, and is payable. South of the building are the biggest sand dunes in Nessebar. There is a variety of restaurants in the area along the promenade where you can have lunch or dinner.
