The apartment is in a brand new building with a beautiful sea view overlooking at the Black sea coat of Varna city.The apartment is furnished with modern and natural colors.There are two bedrooms in each with king size beds, living room with sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine, kettle,toaster,microwave,stove,oven and refrigerator with freezer. There is an AC in every room, bathroom with shower and a washing machine.
The apartment is in good location and it has a very fast and easy connection to the rest of the city.There is an underground parking in the building with one parking lot for our guests.There is also a backyard with a football field and a playground for the children that belongs only to the residents of the building and our guests.
The neighborhood is fairly new with mostly new buildings.There is a big supermarket right in front of the building.The sea garden and the beach are approximately 2km away.
