A colorful house, lively, clean, with several outdoor areas to relax alone or in company. The rooms are all different and well decorated. The special feature is the large roof terrace, where we serve breakfast and where you can enjoy the stars and the peace of the African night. There is also a communal kitchen and a meeting-room library. Plus generator and water tanks for emergencies.

The house is located in the quiet residential quarter 1200 Logements, near the city center, 5 minutes by car. Both the house and the area is safe and well guarded. We have the night watchmen and the entire property is fenced by a wall and barbed wire. Nearby there are restaurants, shops, banks, a typical daily market, a pharmacy and the hospital Saint Camille, all reachable on foot. Not far there is a private pool and a couple of large pools for swimming. Ouaga is a very lively city and never fail evenings and music festival or theater.
