Hey! I'm Eva, your host at The Hide. Although chances are that we might not meet in person, I work hard behind the scenes to make sure your urban hideaway is perfectly ready for you. I am the one who will handle your reservation, answer all your questions and hopefully provide you with an amazing holiday at The Hide. :)

The Hide hosts 7 self-check-in designer flats in the historical centre of Gent. We aim to make your stay a delicious slice of uncomplicated luxury. Our 7 luxury city flats range from quality studios to luxury 2 bedroom apartments. All have been designed with a focus on comfort, functionality and design. The Hide is a fresh relief compared to hotels, providing more space, comfort & design. It is a unique, uncomplicated getaway with the comfort of an apartment but the service of a hotel. Each flat has custom furnishings & a fully equipped kitchen. Bed linen, towels, shampoo & body wash are included. Some flats have a fire place & terrace. Because our flats are fully self contained and we do value sustainability, we do not provide cleaning or new towels every day of your stay. Your room will of course be thoroughly cleaned upon arrival, with fresh and luxurious towels and amenities. Are you staying with us for more than three days? Then we will provide a cleanup and fresh towels. Check in is fully automated with a personalized code. We love a no fuzz approach. :)

The Hide is located in the Arts Quarter within 1 mi (2 km) of University of Ghent and the Castle Of Counts. The Justice Palace , the cathedral and Book Tower are also within a 5-minute walk. The main tram line stops right at our front door. (!Note! Due to works in the street to make our neighbourhood even nicer, the tram will be put on hold for several months. The temporary new stop is about an 9 minute walk)There is a direct connection to Gent-Sint-Pieters train station (10 min) and the historical city center (5 min). There are several shops, restaurants, concert halls & a movie theatre in walking distance.
